Items found in the terminal, as well as at security checkpoints and parking areas, are stored at the Lost and Found Property Office.

The iGA Lost and Found Property Offices are located next to YOTEL, opposite entrance number 7, and opposite gate C3, after passport control.

Charges for property found and stored at the Lost and Found Property Office are in line with the Public-Private Sector Cooperation Tariff.

• The rates indicated in the tariff schedule are applicable for a 24-hour period (1 day); lost baggage stored for a shorter duration (hourly) is complimentary. Charging commences on the second day after the lost item is recorded in the Lost and Found Property Record.
• The practice adheres to the General Principles of Lost and Found Property.
• Small-sized items, including eyeglasses, watches, cell phones, and wallets, do not incur a charge.
• Rates in the tariff are inclusive of VAT.
